Farewell 2009
I must confess the farewell was much better than I expected.
We had the whole day off and spent a lot of time idling around.
For most of us there was only reason we stayed behind for the farewell. The food.
I must say that the food let us all down. We were (at least I was) expecting bhel puri , pav bhaji sort of stuff. What we got was samosas , channa masala and ice cream.(Note:-Second helpings were strictly prohibited.Yeah.Prohibited.:D). We were just sitting there , quarreling about the food.
Next up was the show.
The music was good, but it didn't exactly blow me away. It was good. Not brilliant.Not horrible either.Luka chuppi was really nice.The others were like OK.(Maybe I m saying this because the sound check was like 'SUPER HORRIBLE').
The spoof show was BRILLIANT. They managed to make it funny without involving vulgarity. It really left me in splits.
The dance was good. No. Somewhere between good and very good. (Don't they have a word for that?).(Note:- I m talking about the boys).
The girls' dance show was... No. I don't want to hurt anyone here. Chuck that.
The mock awards were good, but it would have been nicer if we had had more awards. And it would have been even better if we could ve let the '12thies' (I don't like to use the word "seniors") choose the winners by a show of hands.
I was not "impressed", but at the same time I was not disgusted.

Jeez.
I m tired of this.
Why doesn't anyone have time to update their blogs. It's always "updated 3 months ago" or "updated 5 months ago". Even if anyone does update his/her blog it's a damn poem or a bunch of photos. What crap.
